Orders & Shipping
What is your delivery time?

We offer Free tracked UK delivery (3-7 business days), all orders come with a tracking number. For more information, view our Shipping Policy
For larger or more delicate items requiring extra care during transit, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days.
Where is my order?

To track your order, visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order using your order number along with your email address or phone number.
From there, you’ll be able to follow your delivery, view your courier, and see the estimated delivery time.
Do you use tracked and insured shipping?

Yes. Every order is shipped with a secure tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. For complete peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, with coverage of up to £10,000, ensuring your order is protected every step of the way.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, you may be able to update your shipping address shortly after placing your order. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or dispatched, our team can make the change for you.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, we recommend first checking our Order Tracking page with your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. This will show the current status of your delivery and any updates from the courier.
If your tracking hasn’t updated, shows a delay, or your order appears to be taking longer than expected, please don’t worry - simply contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist. Our team will look into it for you and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please follow the steps below:
1 - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@daisyaston.com with your reason for return.
2 - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide return labels.
3 - After we receive your return and it's in the same condition you received it, we'll send you a full refund.
How long until I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. If you decide your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Do your lamps come with bulbs?

Yes – all of our lamps include bulbs. For most products, you can choose between cold, neutral, or warm light using the options available on the product page.
