Orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT UK Time) will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail & Evri for the fastest & most reliable service.

Handling Time: 0-1 Business Days
Transit Time: 3-6 Business Days

Total Delivery Time: 3-7 Business Days
Cost: £0.00 (No Minimum Order)

For larger or more delicate items requiring extra care, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days.

Tracking Your Order:
After your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment on our website or via the carrier's tracking system.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary based on your selected shipping method and location. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. 

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping will incur additional costs.

Shipping Network:
We operate a global shipping network with dispatch centres in the United Kingdom, United States, and Asia, orders are prioritised for dispatch from our UK fulfilment centre whenever stock is available. In cases where an item is not held in our UK facility, it will be shipped from one of our international dispatch centres where stock is available.

Shipping Delays:
Daisy Aston is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. We’ll assist in tracking and resolving delayed shipments as best as possible.

Returns Due To Shipping Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Missing Packages:
If your package is missing, please contact our support team for investigation and resolution.
