Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start A Return
1 - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@daisyaston.com with your reason for return.
2 - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide return labels.
3 - After we receive your return and it's in the same condition you received it, we'll send you a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Location
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the full return address for your return. Our UK returns facility is currently unavailable, all approved returns must be sent to our returns facility in the US where our logistics team will inspect and handle the item accordingly.
Return instructions and the full return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.
Damages, Issues / Faulty Products
In case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Please inspect all items upon arrival. We strongly recommend that any damage or faults are reported prior to installation or use. Items that have been installed or handled by third parties (such as electricians or contractors) may be considered accepted in their delivered condition unless reported beforehand.
We may be unable to accept claims for damage reported after installation or delayed inspection where it is not possible to verify that the issue was present at the time of delivery.
Installation Responsibility
All lighting products are fully tested before dispatch and must be installed by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for faults caused by incorrect installation or wiring.
If you believe your light is faulty, we may require video and photo evidence, including testing the light in a known working ceiling position, to verify the issue before a replacement or refund can be approved. These checks are standard diagnostic steps and help confirm whether the issue is a manufacturing fault or an installation-related issue.
If a returned item is tested and found to be in full working order, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fee's, your refund will include the full amount you originally paid.
Return Label
Unless the product is defected, the return label & cost is the customers responsibility.
Tax & Duties
For international returns, customers are fully responsible for ensuring the return is correctly labelled, declared, and sent to the correct address. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or issues caused by customs authorities or incorrect shipping documentation.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Wrong Address Provided / Not Collected
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected and returned to sender, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This deduction covers the actual delivery cost we incurred.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
