This warranty applies to all orders placed on or after 1st January 2026.

What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty protects against manufacturing-related faults that affect normal operation, including:

• Electrical component failure under normal residential use
• Internal wiring or driver defects
• LED malfunction or premature failure
• Power-related faults caused by manufacturing issues
• Structural faults affecting safe operation
• Issues present at the time of delivery but discovered later

Coverage applies for 12 months from delivery and is valid for indoor residential installations, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Warranty Coverage Scope:
This warranty is designed to cover faults arising from how the product was made, not how it was installed, used, or handled after delivery.

Warranty Limitations:
The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

• Installation errors, wiring mistakes, or incorrect voltage
• Accidental damage, impact, or breakage
• External factors such as moisture, humidity, or power surges
• Normal wear, aging, or cosmetic changes over time
• Modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs
• Commercial, rental, or high-traffic use

Warranty Claim Requirements:
To ensure accurate assessment, warranty claims require:

• Proof of purchase or order number
• Clear video showing the issue while powered on
• Clear photos of the installation and wiring
• Confirmation of correct voltage usage

Incomplete submissions cannot be assessed.

Warranty Resolution:
If a claim is approved:

• A replacement part or identical item will be provided.
• Refunds and store credit are not offered under this warranty
• Replacement shipping is covered once per order
